Chair massage is an affordable and convenient option to address general muscle tension and stress when you only have 30 minutes to unwind.You will remain fully clothed throughout the session seated in an ergonomically designed massage chair or lying on a table so your therapist can easily access your muscles and relax them with acupressure/compression techniques. Chair massage can be a great mid-day break from your busy schedule and one that is easily incorporated into your self-care routine.

We do not accept insurance, but will gladly provide you with a verification letter so that you may submit your sessions yourself.
